Updated 15 October 2026This is the Supplier Agreement for Better Phonics. You buy a household licence, not the copyright. Payment is taken by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record.
What you buy
You buy a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Better Phonics by Mrs. Zeinab Hedar in one household. You do not buy the copyright, trademarks, or the right to share the files.
The live product is Level 1 at $30: the interactive book at /book and the matching A4 print PDF. The series bundle (Levels 1–3, $70) is not for sale yet.
Checkout is run by Polar Software, Inc. . Polar’s Buyer Terms govern payment. This page governs how you may use the book.
Level 1 household licence
Level 1 interactive book plus the print PDF for one household. The parent or guardian who paid signs in with that household account to open the interactive book and the print pages.
You may print A4 copies for children who live in that household, and you may use the interactive book with those children on devices in the home.
One purchase covers the children who live there. It does not cover cousins, classmates, or a second home unless those children live in the same household.
Not for a class, nursery, or tuition centre.
What you may not do
Resell, rent, lend, sublicense, or give away the PDF, printouts for other households, or your account login.
Upload the files to a school drive, nursery folder, website, learning platform, cloud link, or messaging group for others to download.
Use this licence to run a class, nursery, tuition centre, or any paid teaching service.
Copy the characters, page layouts, or wording into another commercial product.
Train an AI model on the files, pictures, or text.
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or the buyer-email line on printed pages.
How access works
The interactive book and the on-site print pages unlock only for a signed-in household account that has a paid Level 1 order through Polar.
Polar may also deliver the A4 PDF as a downloadable in Polar’s customer portal. Treat that file as licensed to your household, the same as the on-site print pages.
Each printed page carries a copyright line and, where we have it, the buyer email. A PDF can still be copied; copying it outside the household ends this licence.

Better Phonics is not published by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Jolly Learning Ltd or the Jolly Phonics programme. “Jolly Phonics” and related marks belong to their owners.
If the licence ends
If you break these rules, we may close book access for that account. Polar may also refuse a refund where the law allows, including after a chargeback on a delivered order.
If Polar refunds the order, the licence ends. Delete household copies of the PDF and stop using the interactive book.
We may update this Licence. The version dated above applies to new purchases. Existing household licences keep the grant they bought unless we have to change it for law or security, in which case we will post the new text here.
